More Handkerchief Wedding Invites

My best friend Hannah married her best friend Ralf this year, and they commissioned us to design and make some invites for them. Here's the results...

If you're interested in commissioning us to create bespoke vintage handkerchief wedding invitations for you, please visit my new website amymellis.com.

Handkerchief Wedding Invitations

Last year my cousin George from London, who lives in Seattle, got married to his lovely girlfriend Julie, who's from Connecticut so we wanted to get them a special gift for such a special wedding. When they suggested we might be able to help with the invites we knew just what we wanted to do, and that they'd love the idea too!
And so we became obsessed with tracking down the prettiest and laciest hankies to print with their invite.

They were pleased with the results and we were too. With the addition of their own wedding 'logo', incorporating Big Ben, at the Houses of Parliament in London, where they met, and The Space Needle in Seattle, where they live, we created a whole bunch of goodies for them!

If you're interested in commissioning us to create your very own hand screen printed vintage handkerchief wedding invites, please contact me at my new website amymellis.com and we'll send you more information.

And here's some of the other items we made for them for the big day!

A guestbook

And a print and some tea towels for them and their parents!

We're in the process of changing a few things (as we do) so please stay tuned and we promise to do better online!
Meanwhile, you can buy our new tote bags from the lovely rubyshoesday in Hebden Bridge.

Made in the Valley pop up shop

We've started a new venture with some local friends to sell our wares in Bridge Mill. Shop local, that's our motto!

It's the smallest shop in the valley, made of odd drawers and boxes. Here's some pix of Katch putting it together

which make it look bigger than it is...

that's more like it, breathe in folks...

We're in Bridge Mill, in the centre of lovely Hebden Bridge, come up and see us some time
